Cloth and Metal, LLC accepts returns on and will offer a refund for FULL PRICED items within 14 days of the original ship date. Item(s) must be unworn, original tags attached, undamaged, and in their original condition. Item(s) must accompany a sales receipt. Items returned that have been worn cannot be accepted or exchanged. All returned items are subject to inspection and Cloth & Metal has the right to deny a return. Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or size, please request a refund and purchase the item(s) in a new transaction. If the item(s) for exchange is no longer available the originally purchased item(s) will be refunded.
All online orders will take 2 business days to process. Online orders may be returned at the cost of the buyer and refund expenses will exclude shipping costs.
Items purchased using a PROMO/DISCOUNT CODE are eligible for exchanges or store/online credit only. Items ending in .96 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the purchaser. Cloth and Metal, LLC will not be responsible for orders with incorrect shipping information causing delays or lost packages. Once a package leaves Cloth and Metal Boutique, we are not responsible for any damaged, stolen, delayed, or lost items and will not offer a refund.
